Electro failed 3 times against Spiderman and failed once to get revenge on the people who made him become this way and failed 2 times trying to turn Sally. This time no one knows he returned and this time he thinks he has the upper hand sense no one knows he is back and this time he plans to change Sally once and for all can he be stoped in time or is Sally going to be changed forever.
