Racheal is a 4 year old girl she is the daughter of Misty and Salamin she has all their powers plus the others powers to she is the worst far worse than her mother that gave girls bad names cause she takes the curses over board she also does not like the rule of one lover and believes she should have lots she likes to tease with anyone and everyone she can when she is in the mood. Times have changed and she has gotten so use to the curses that they are no longer curses to her anymore so much has happend to her over time she has become immune to electricity she has also had her powers upgraded she has also become a goddess she cant age or die but she has been around for a long time she loves to smoke and drink she also likes to have sex the other stuff she doesnt like as much but she does do them to. she is not like her mother she is a very good person and so far the strongest and most powerfulest out of any sailor scout alive or dead
